The spring market is certainly heating up! We've got a bunch more listings coming up to add to the few we've got already. We sincerely hope buyers will get out there and take advantage of the 'buyers market' pricing we've been experiencing. Some buyers we were working with last week in Summerside went into multiple offers on a very desirable home with a triple garage at a very competitive price. That is the key this spring - be competitive in your pricing and have that little bit extra to offer at your property. Homes are still taking longer to sell than we have historically experienced.  Condo sales are also still slow, but there are more buyers out there this year willing to purchase for the right price. Overall it looks like it may be a brighter year in Real Estate than last. Lets hope the trend continues!
