We at Realty Innovations are a new generation of ‘cloud’ based brokerages. We do not have a physical office, so we are able to keep overhead costs down and more income in the pockets of our associates. We instead offer full support and shadowing opportunities for a monthly desk fee of $250 and single property deal fee of 6% of the commission earned (plus an additional $500 for a purchase transaction or $750 for a sale transaction).  

We can offer mentorship on forms (including premade templates), property analysis, negotiating offers, shadowing opportunities, marketing online and other mediums, digital signing, safety, and a central company website and Facebook page to promote your personal business opportunities. We work with the seasoned Realtor and the newly licensed associate. As an independent contractor, you will be mobile most of the time - meeting with clients at coffee shops, or their homes. This framework has become our business plan. 

We have a secure mailbox for deposit and pickup of cheques and hold deposits in our secure trust account. We handle all of the conveyancing to make sure the client is treated with the utmost respect and urgency. 

At this time, we are a full service Residential Real Estate Brokerage specializing in resale homes and condominiums. We are part of the DDF and share our listing data with the local & national board and all brokerages also part of the DDF. We do not offer property management services at this time.
